1) Hogan Personality Assessment Debrief: you’ll complete the Hogan Personality Assessment and then participate in a 90-minute 1-on-1 coaching session to debrief your results to better understand your behaviors, thinking patterns, and values
2) Three 2-hour interactive group coaching sessions designed to help you uncover your roots and define a meaningful BIG, SCARY, HAIRY GOAL
3) A 60-minute 1-on-1 coaching session at the completion of the final group coaching session to help you determine your steps and start the goal-chasing process
