Coaching Study: Input Needed
As I’ve said before, there’s something magical that happens over at the Eden Prairie Community Center—where the FoxJets Masters Swim Team practices.
In my opinion, David Cameron is the driver of this magic.
I’ve worked with a lot of coaches over the years—David Cameron is the best.
As a leadership coach, I have an idea of the factors that contribute to making a GREAT COACH GREAT.
However, I’m looking for additional evidence.
I’m in search of the skills that individuals can acquire to increase their impact and turn them into both GREATCOACHES and GREAT LEADERS.
I’m passionate about coaching.
I’m passionate about what coaching can do for others.
And, I’m passionate about how coaching, when working with someone GREAT, can be a transformational process—directly and indirectly.
This is where YOUR INPUT IS NEEDED:
If you currently work with an athletic coach, or have worked with an athletic coach at some point in your life, who you consider to be GREAT, I would love to speak with you.
We can do this in two ways:
Set up a 30-minute call where I can interview you about your GREAT COACH
Reply to this email and 1) share the factors that make a coach you know a GREAT COACH or 2) we can coordinate a time to have a call
Thank you for your consideration.
Onward.
