Daily.

Weekly.

Monthly.

Yearly.

It’s funny how habits work.

The days add up to weeks.

The weeks add up to months.

The months add up to years.

Unfortunately, habits work both ways.

My last newsletter was sent on March 12.

The days added up to weeks.

And the weeks added up to months.

As James Clear says: “Missing once is an accident. Missing twice is the start of a new habit.”

Guilty as charged.

But, maybe the best way to start a new habit is by simply ripping off the Band-Aid.

So, here’s to ripping it off!

And perhaps a nudge to you, too, to rip off a Band-Aid around a habit that you’ve been meaning to get back to.
